What we automate

Six processes most finance teams still do by hand.

Bookkeeping

Today

Bank statements and bills keyed in by hand, weeks after month-end.

Automated

Bank lines and invoices categorised by rules, posted to your books, exceptions sent to a person.

GST reconciliation

Today

GSTR-2B checked against the purchase register line by line in spreadsheets.

Automated

2B matched to books every month; ITC mismatches listed with the vendor to chase.

Payables

Today

Bills on email and WhatsApp, approvals by phone, TDS missed on some.

Automated

Bills captured into one queue, TDS checked, approved, and a payment file prepared.

Receivables

Today

Ageing built once a quarter; follow-ups depend on memory.

Automated

Invoices, reminders and ageing kept current; for hospitals, insurer and TPA settlements reconciled.

Payroll

Today

Salary sheet rebuilt every month; PF, ESI and PT worked out separately.

Automated

Attendance to payslip in one run, with statutory challan data and the salary journal.

MIS

Today

Management numbers assembled from Tally exports when someone asks.

Automated

A monthly pack — P&L, cash, receivables, payables, compliance status — built from the books on a schedule.

How an engagement runs

Assess, design, build — then we run it.

  1. 1

    Assess

We map how each process runs today, where the data sits and what the exceptions are.

  2. 2

    Design

Rules, approvals and controls are agreed with you in writing before anything is built.

  3. 3

    Build

We set up the automation on your existing books and test it on a past period first.

  4. 4

    Run

Our accountants run it every month, handle exceptions and report what changed.

Automation with an accountant's controls

Your books stay yours

We work in your accounting system — Tally Prime, Zoho Books or your ERP — not a copy you can't reach.

Least access

Read-only access wherever it is enough; posting rights only for the processes you sign off.

People check exceptions

Anything a rule cannot place with certainty goes to an accountant, not into a suspense ledger.

Logged and reversible

Automated entries are tagged and logged so they can be reviewed and reversed.

Questions

Before you automate

Do I have to change my accounting software?

No. We automate around the books you already keep. If a process cannot be automated reliably in your setup, we tell you before quoting.

Who is responsible for the accounts?

You remain responsible for your books and statements. We run the agreed processes and report exceptions; we do not audit or certify your accounts.

How is it priced?

Each process has a published annual starting price. Your exact fee depends on transaction volume, entities and the systems involved, and covers set-up plus twelve months of running it.

What happens to my data?

It is processed only for the agreed work, under our Privacy policy and the DPDP Act, 2023. Access is removed when the engagement ends.
