Pricing
Prices on the site are starting prices for the standard scope. Your requirements can change the fee, so the exact figure — professional fee and government fee — is confirmed in writing before you pay, and does not change for the agreed scope.
If you ask for work beyond the ordered scope, we quote it and you approve it before it is billed. Our invoices carry no rework, onboarding or processing charges.
Payments and refunds
Every order is split into milestones, and you pay milestone by milestone. Milestones we have not started are refunded in full within 7 days of your request. Milestones in progress are settled proportionately, with a written statement of work done.
Fees already paid to a government cannot be refunded by anyone, so we collect them only at the milestone that files them.
Deadlines
Each statutory due date we take on sits on your compliance calendar with an owner — us or you. If your documents reached us by the stated cut-off and we still missed a government deadline, the late fee is ours. If a filing error is ours, the corrective filing is free.
Response times
Every order shows whose move is next — ours, yours or the government's — and when our next response is due: 24 working hours, shown as a clock on the order. Support tickets show their own first-response time.
If our clock runs out, the order escalates above your professional automatically. You can also escalate it yourself; a senior person answers.
The filing record
Each government submission produces a reference — SRN at MCA, ARN for GST, acknowledgement number for income tax, application number for trademarks. It is posted to your order timeline the day it exists, with a note on where to check it on the portal.
If a filing has no reference in your timeline, it has not been filed.
Your professional
Your order names the professional handling it, and that person stays until the order is done. If they move on, the handover is documented and the new professional's first message summarises your file.
We do not run a tele-sales team. The calls you receive are the ones you book.
What we do not do
No statutory audit or attestation
Where law requires an independent auditor, you appoint one directly. We take no audit fee and no commission.
Not a law firm
Where a matter needs an advocate, the engagement is directly between you and an independently practising advocate.
No full Aadhaar
We work with masked Aadhaar only and never store the full number.
