Questions

Questions & answers

How is the price worked out?

Use the calculator on this page: type of company, number of directors and shareholders, how many already hold a DIN or a Class 3 DSC, authorised and paid-up capital, your state and the DSC provider. You see every line (professional fee, DSCs, stamp duty, MCA filing fee, PAN and TAN) and the estimated total before you sign in or pay. When you book, the same calculation is run again on our side from your answers, and your exact fee is confirmed in writing before you pay anything beyond the booking amount.

What is the ₹999 booking amount?

You place the order by paying ₹999 after you have seen the full price. It is part of that price, not an extra charge: your first milestone shows "Less: booking amount paid ₹999" and you pay only the balance. If you cancel before work on milestone 1 starts, the ₹999 is refunded in full.

What does the professional fee cover?

₹9,999 covers two people, usually two directors who are also the two shareholders. Each further person adds ₹999, since each person needs their own documents, declarations and, where they have none, a DSC.

Can I register a One Person Company (OPC)?

Yes. Choose One Person Company in the calculator. An OPC has exactly one member and needs a nominee, whose written consent is filed with the incorporation. It can have up to 15 directors.

Is there an MCA fee?

MCA charges no incorporation fee for companies with authorised capital up to ₹15 lakh. Stamp duty, DSCs and PAN/TAN are still payable and are shown in your statement of fees before you pay.

Why is a line marked “at actuals”?

Where we have no confirmed figure for your choices (for example the MCA fee above ₹15 lakh authorised capital, or stamp duty in some states), we do not estimate it. The line is marked “at actuals”, it is left out of the total, and the exact amount is shown to you before filing. You pay only what the government or authority charges.

I am not sure what I need. Can I speak to someone first?

Yes. Use “Talk to an expert” on this page, or the form on our contact page. A professional will contact you within one working day; there is no charge for that conversation.

What if MCA raises a resubmission?

Resubmissions caused by our drafting are fixed free — that is our error to own. Changes you request after filing are quoted before any work happens.

Do I pay everything upfront?

No. After the ₹999 booking amount, payment follows milestones: 30% of the professional fee when work starts (less the booking amount), 40% plus the government and third-party costs when your incorporation is filed with an SRN you can verify, and 30% on delivery of the COI, PAN and TAN.
