Questions
Questions & answers
Who does the statutory audit?
Not us — Finotrix does not provide statutory audit or attestation services, takes no audit fee and no commission of any kind. You appoint an independent statutory auditor of your choice directly; we coordinate the filings around them. If you need a starting point, one independent firm's own portal is lakshmisahithico.com — choosing them, or anyone else, changes nothing about our fee. We coordinate the schedules, registers and ROC filings around whoever you appoint.
What if a filing is late?
A government late fee arising from a deadline that was on our calendar, with your documents in on time and still missed by us, is ours to cover. It does not cover documents you provide late — the calendar shows who owes what, so this is never ambiguous.
Why does the price say "starts from"?
The work depends on turnover, the number of shareholders and directors, and how many event-based filings you have in the year. Send those details and a professional confirms your exact fee for the whole year within one working day.
