Terms of service
These terms follow the How we operate page. If a clause here appears to conflict with that page, the reading more favourable to you applies.
Who we are
Finotrix Global LLP sells business-registration, tax and compliance service packages as principal, delivered by qualified professionals engaged by us. Where a matter legally requires an advocate (court representation, legal opinions), we introduce independently practising advocates and the engagement forms directly between you and them — Finotrix is not a law firm, does not practise law, and does not advertise, rank or take fees for individual advocates. Finotrix does not provide statutory audit or attestation services of any kind; where law requires an independent auditor (for example a company's statutory audit), you appoint one directly and we coordinate the paperwork and deadlines around them.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are starting prices for the standard scope. The fee confirmed to you in writing before payment (professional fee + government fee) is the price for the agreed scope. State-specific government charges, where they vary, are shown before payment. Scope changes you request are quoted and approved by you before any additional charge exists.
Payments & refunds
Orders are paid per milestone. Milestones not started are refunded in cash within 7 days of request, without deduction. Milestones in progress are settled proportionately with a written statement of work performed. Amounts paid to a government are outside anyone's power to refund — we therefore collect them only at the milestone that files them.
Deadlines
Where a statutory deadline is on your Finotrix compliance calendar marked as owned by us, and your required inputs were with us by the stated cut-off, any government late fee arising from our delay is borne by us.
Your responsibilities
Provide true, complete documents and information; respond to 'awaiting client' actions within a reasonable time (the timeline shows exactly what is waiting on you); keep your login credentials safe. Government processing times are outside anyone's control — what we commit to is our own filing punctuality and total transparency about status.
Liability
For errors in our work, we correct at our cost and bear interest attributable to our error, plus the deadline commitment above. Our aggregate liability for an order is otherwise capped at the professional fees paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Data
Handled per the Privacy page, which is part of these terms. We never sell your data. KYC data is never used for marketing.
Disputes
Raise it with us first, through the escalation button or the grievance officer. Formal disputes: courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Governing law: India.
