Automated Bookkeeping

Bank lines and bills posted to your books by rules, with exceptions checked by an accountant.

We import bank statements and purchase and sales documents, categorise them with rules agreed with you, post them to your books and send anything uncertain to an accountant. Your books stay current every month instead of being rebuilt at year-end.

Questions

Questions & answers

Do I have to change my accounting software?

No. We automate around the books you already keep. If a process cannot be automated reliably in your setup, we say so before quoting.

Who is responsible for the accounts?

You remain responsible for your books and statements. We run the agreed process and report exceptions; we do not audit or certify accounts.
